Loomly Pricing 2026: Real Costs, Plans and Limits
Prices verified on loomly.com/pricing.
Loomly Starter costs $65 a month billed monthly, or $49 a month billed yearly ($588 a year), for 3 users and 12 social accounts. Beyond costs $332 a month billed monthly, or $249 billed yearly, for unlimited users and 60 accounts. Enterprise is custom-priced from 61 accounts.
The plan card hides the number that decides your bill. Loomly sells capped tiers rather than seats or channels, so a fourth user or a thirteenth account moves you from Starter straight to Beyond: about 5.1 times the price on either billing basis, with no plan in between. This page works out which tier your team actually lands on.
Every figure was read on Loomly’s own pricing page; how we compare tools explains the method, and the social media tool price matrix sets Loomly beside the other schedulers we track.

How much does Loomly cost in 2026?
Loomly sells three plans. Starter is $65 a month billed monthly or $49 a month billed yearly. Beyond is $332 billed monthly or $249 billed yearly. Enterprise is quoted by sales. Yearly billing takes about 25% off, but Loomly’s pricing FAQ says a yearly plan can’t be ended early.
Disclosure: Outfeed AI makes a competing social media tool. We read every price on the vendor’s own page and recommend the competitor where it fits better.

Loomly’s pricing page opens on the yearly toggle, which is why the lower Starter figure is the one most reviews repeat as “the price”. Month to month, the same plan costs $780 over a year, against $588 paid upfront. You can upgrade at any time, and a downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
What do you get on each Loomly plan?
Every plan includes unlimited scheduling and unlimited calendars. The tiers differ in how many people and social accounts they hold, and in admin controls such as custom branding.
- Starter covers 3 users and 12 social accounts, with approval workflows and roles, advanced analytics, the AI Assistant and a small social listening allowance (2 a month on Loomly’s plan card).
- Beyond covers unlimited users and 60 accounts. It adds custom branding (a branded subdomain, logo and favicon), calendar two-factor enforcement, scheduled reports and a larger listening allowance of 5 a month. Loomly labels it the most popular plan.
- Enterprise starts at 61 accounts, with unlimited users, priority support and a price agreed with sales.
Loomly’s pricing page shows no add-on seats or accounts for Starter, so there is no way to buy a fourth user or a thirteenth account on it. That one fact drives the next section.
What happens to the price when your team or account count grows?
Nothing changes until you cross a cap, and then the whole bill moves. A fourth user or a thirteenth social account forces Beyond, which costs $267 more a month billed monthly, or $2,400 more a year billed yearly. Past 60 accounts, you’re on Enterprise and a sales conversation.
| Your team | What decides it | Plan you land on | Billed monthly | Billed yearly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 person, 5 accounts | Well inside both Starter caps | Starter | $65 a month | $49 a month ($588 a year) |
| 3 people, 12 accounts | Exactly at both Starter caps | Starter | $65 a month | $49 a month ($588 a year) |
| 4 people, 10 accounts | Cliff: the fourth user | Beyond | $332 a month | $249 a month ($2,988 a year) |
| 3 people, 20 accounts | Cliff: the thirteenth account | Beyond | $332 a month | $249 a month ($2,988 a year) |
| 6 people, 40 accounts | Past both Starter caps | Beyond | $332 a month | $249 a month ($2,988 a year) |

Compare the second and third rows. The team of four on 10 accounts uses fewer accounts than the team of three on 12, yet pays about 5.1 times as much, because the only thing that changed was one login. The fourth row is the same cliff from the other side: three people who connect a thirteenth profile.
Two ways to live with the cliff:
- Prune before you pay. A dormant Facebook page or an old test account still counts against the 12, and a duplicate Page can sometimes be merged into the main one. Disconnecting it costs nothing; Beyond costs $267 a month more.
- Stay monthly if you might leave rather than upgrade. Upgrading is allowed at any time, but a yearly plan can’t be ended early. If your answer to the cliff could be a different tool, the monthly premium keeps that door open.
Does Loomly charge per user or per account?
Neither, strictly. Loomly charges one flat price per tier, and each tier bundles a set number of users and accounts, so three people on Starter pay exactly what one person pays.
That is a different model from Agorapulse’s per-user cost, where each user on Standard pays $99 per user/month, billed monthly, and from Buffer’s per-channel pricing, where Essentials costs $6 per channel/month, billed monthly for every connected channel, which undercuts Starter for anyone running a handful of channels. Flat tiers are cheapest just under a cap and most expensive just over it. Our per-seat vs per-account pricing explainer works through every model with team-sized examples.

Does Loomly have a free trial or a free plan?
Loomly has a 7-day free trial with no credit card, according to its homepage. Its pricing page lists no free plan: the “Start for free” buttons start the trial.
Pages quoting a 15-day trial are out of date: Loomly’s old trial page now redirects to its homepage, which says 7 days.
Some pages also describe a free plan you can switch to from Loomly’s billing settings. Loomly’s pricing page doesn’t list one and we couldn’t confirm it on any page Loomly publishes, so we don’t count it. If a free fallback matters, ask Loomly’s support before the trial ends.
Nonprofits get a better deal. Loomly’s pricing FAQ offers them a 50% lifetime discount with proper documentation.
Who is Loomly’s pricing genuinely good for?
A team of two or three that signs off every post before it goes out, on up to 12 accounts. At that size the users are free inside the tier, and the approval tooling is something cheaper schedulers don’t match.
The strengths on Loomly’s features page are specific:
- Approvals reviewers can actually read. Custom approval workflows with post mockups that show how each post will look, plus real-time comments and version history.
- Alerts where the team already works. Notifications in Slack and Microsoft Teams.
- A steady supply of ideas. Post Ideas drawn from trends, RSS feeds that schedule posts automatically, and a separate calendar per brand, with labels to group campaigns.
- An inbox. Comments, mentions and messages in one place.
Where the pricing fits less well:
- One person on one or two networks pays for three seats they won’t fill. Later pricing starts at $25 per month, billed monthly for a single user, and Later’s visual planner previews your grid the way followers will see it.
- A team about to hire a fourth person should price Beyond now, not after the hire. Budget the hire itself too, with what social media managers are paid, source by source.
- A small business that mostly schedules can spend less. Our small business social media guide works through realistic monthly budgets.

How does Outfeed AI’s Pro plan line up against Loomly Starter?
Billed yearly, they cost the same: $588 a year each. Billed monthly, Outfeed AI Pro is $59 a month against Loomly Starter’s $65. Pro holds 3 members, 25 accounts and unlimited posts; Starter holds 3 users and 12 accounts. Loomly’s approval workflow is the part we don’t match.
Outfeed AI is a chat-first scheduler: you tell an assistant what to post and where, and it drafts, previews and schedules across 9 platforms, with Brand Voice AI on Pro. Like for like:
- Billed monthly: Loomly Starter at $65 a month comes to $780 over a year; Outfeed Pro at $59 comes to $708. That’s $72 apart over a year.
- Billed yearly: $49 a month against $49 a month, or $588 a year for either.

How these totals are worked out: USD list price before tax; no promo, nonprofit or volume discount. Annual total = the vendor's annual per-month figure x 12. Every seat pays the full plan price. Profile cap of 250 treated as account-wide (org-wide hard cap; more = Enterprise).
The table shows our own cliff too. Pro stops at 3 members, and a fourth moves you to Agency, which is billed per seat at $149 per seat/month, billed monthly. For a team of four, Loomly Beyond costs less than Outfeed Agency on both billing bases.
What you give up is concrete: no approval workflows, no unified inbox, no analytics inside the product and no social listening. TikTok posts publish as private for now while TikTok reviews the Outfeed app, and X posts are text-only within a monthly allowance. If sign-off rounds are why you’re looking at Loomly, choose Loomly.
Starter includes a 3-day free trial with 100 AI credits. Card required. Pro and Agency are billed from the first day. Every plan and limit is on our Outfeed AI pricing page.

FAQ
How much does Loomly cost per month?
Loomly Starter costs $65 a month billed monthly, or $49 a month billed yearly ($588 a year), for 3 users and 12 social accounts. Beyond costs $332 a month billed monthly, or $249 a month billed yearly ($2,988 a year), for unlimited users and 60 accounts. Enterprise, from 61 accounts, is custom-priced. Prices verified 30 September 2026 on loomly.com/pricing.
Does Loomly charge per user?
No. Loomly charges a flat price per plan with users included: Starter covers 3 users and Beyond covers unlimited users, so there is no per-user fee inside a plan. Starter sells no fourth seat, though, so a fourth user means moving to Beyond at $332 a month billed monthly, or $249 a month billed yearly.
Does Loomly have a free trial, and do you need a credit card?
Yes. Loomly’s homepage offers a 7-day free trial and says no credit card is needed. Its pricing page lists no free plan; the “Start for free” buttons start the trial. Pages quoting a 15-day trial are out of date: Loomly’s old 15-day trial page now redirects to its homepage.
What is the difference between Loomly Starter and Beyond?
Starter holds 3 users and 12 social accounts. Beyond holds unlimited users and 60 accounts and adds custom branding. Billed monthly, Starter is $65 a month and Beyond is $332, about 5.1 times as much; billed yearly, it is $49 against $249 a month. Loomly sells no plan in between.
Is Loomly worth it?
For a team of up to three that reviews every post and fits in 12 accounts, yes: users are bundled into the price, and Loomly’s approval workflows, post mockups and version history are mature. It is poor value for a solo scheduler, or for a team about to add a fourth person or a 13th account, because the next plan costs about five times as much.
