How We Work
Outfeed AI is building a chat-first assistant that creates, schedules, and publishes content across nine social platforms — Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, Pinterest, and Bluesky — from a single conversation. We're a small, product-obsessed team that ships quickly, talks to users constantly, and measures success by the problems we solve rather than the hours we log.
We operate async-first. Most decisions happen in writing, so anyone can follow the reasoning, contribute on their own schedule, and stay in deep work instead of sitting through back-to-back meetings. We keep the team intentionally lean, which means everyone owns meaningful surface area, sees their work reach real users within days, and has a direct hand in shaping both the product and the culture around it.
